Creating your product packaging is easy with our in-house design and specialist technology

Using a computer-aided design process, Formrite Plastics has the technology to custom-create packaging to suit your products precisely with shorter lead in times from design to delivery.

Once your design has been drawn up a wooden forming mould is made. Then plastic is vacuum formed over the wooden mould to produce a sample. Typically around 10 samples are created which are sent to you to check the product suits your requirements.

After a sample is approved, an aluminium mould is CNC machined. Next, other die components are precision-machined. Only then is the die finished and ready for production.
